My path began at the Hellenic Military Academy of Corps Officers (SSAS) and the Department of Psychology, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, followed by a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University (Netherlands). Since 2009, I’ve served in the Hellenic Navy, gaining extensive experience at the Naval Hospital of Athens and in other high-responsibility roles. My work now focuses on trauma-focused EMDR and Existential Therapy, supporting individuals both in Athens and online across Europe.

How I work
Therapy, for me, is a partnership, not a protocol. I integrate existential exploration with evidence-based methods like EMDR and mindfulness to create therapy that is both deep and practical.
In our work, we aim to:
- Build insight into what truly matters to you.
- Process emotional wounds and reduce distress.
- Strengthen resilience, clarity, and self-trust.
- Create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is individualized, trauma-informed, and collaborative — respecting your pace, your story, and your goals.
Existential therapy explores meaning, freedom, and values. EMDR helps the brain process trauma.
Combined, they restore balance and inner strength.
